About the Dubai Duty Free Spring Trials Weekend
The Dubai Duty Free Spring Trials Weekend heralds the start of Newbury Racecourse’s exciting 19-day Flat racing season.
The fixture is highlighted by important trials for the first two Classics of the season – the 1000 & 2000 Guineas at Newmarket in early May - and is a compelling target many of the sport’s leading owners, trainers and jockeys.
The exciting race programme offers opportunities for a variety of horses from two-year-old maidens embarking on their careers to already accomplished older thoroughbreds returning to further stamp their credentials as top-class equine athletes.
Title partner, Dubai Duty Free, is responsible for eight of the meeting’s 14 scheduled races providing guests with multiple high-profile focal points across the two-day event.

Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire is conveniently situated in the centre of the South of England, easily accessible from Junctions 12 and 13 of the M4, from the M3 and A34. Sat navs use the postcode RG14 7PN for the easiest access route on racedays. There is ample FREE on-the-day parking.

Newbury Racecourse also has its own railway station, one stop from Newbury Station, with direct trains from London Paddington on racedays and regular connections from the West.
